Happy Summer! We're back with some new products and a whole fresh perspective.

Week Two: SWEET GREENS
Our inspiration for this 2nd week is the scripture in the Book of Revelation that speaks about how the trees are for the healing of the nations. It gives us a preview in time to a future we all should hope, pray and work for – healing from the toxicity of negative people and situations, doing the inner work to heal ourselves and then finally meditating on good things, being positive and thankful. Trees, plants, flowers are an incredible gift of creation. They serve so many purposes from just being beautiful, to providing life and sustenance for not only human beings but every creature great and small.
This week it’s about going outside. Walking barefoot in your garden or in a park. Wandering lazily through a beautiful green space and being inspired by the beauty of nature. As your body soaks in the beautiful green trees and the plant life that is all around us, remember your body needs that nourishment from those sweet greens too!
Inspiration: Deuteronomy 6 and Revelation 22: 1-2
BEAUTY:
Facial: We love facials and one of the best ways to do your own facial and reconnect to nature is by using thermal mud soaps that come from thermal hot springs. Facials are good for deep cleansing, refreshing and softening your skin. Yes, have fun and put some mud on your face. Research some lovely mineral-rich mud soaps from volcanic areas from around the globe: Hawaii, Morocco, Dead Sea and see if they work for your beauty regimen.
One of our favorite spots for great mud soaps is New Zealand – the Rotorua Hot Springs. New Zealand has some lovely beauty brands that specialize in all things mud from mud soaps to facial moisturizers. Check out Skincare NZ or Wild Ferns Rotorua Mud Facial Moisturiser, which you can find on Amazon, among many.
DE-STRESS: Listen to 1 hour of your favorite laid-back lo-fi hip hop and jazzy hip hop
beats. Our favorite go-to-channel is the Dutch record label Chillhop - Their music makes you want to play outside, do cartwheels and enjoy the last lazy days of summer!
MEAL PLAN: SWEET GREENS – be sure to include lots of green veggies such as green
beans, cucumbers, moringa, avocados, microgreens, kale, lettuce and artichokes to name a few. This week is a light week – lots of salads and delicious green juices to beat the heat.
