Happy Summer! We're back with some new products and a whole fresh perspective.

Week One: SPA WEEK
Taking care of yourself means slowing down and enjoying simple luxuries. Be mindful of everything around you. We’re using our Spa Week to focus on seeing things through a perspective – where we are thankful for everything, for life, our earth, our family and friends. Every moment is precious. Our time away from the hustle and bustle, allowed us to create some great new products we hope you'll love - our spice kits coming soon! With that in mind, we're all about focusing on the beauty around us and the nutrients that feed our mind, body and soul. Join us on this 5-week wellness and detox refresher.

FRESH JUICES AND TEAS: Making your own fruit juices bypasses the excessive sugar and preservatives you find in store-bought fruit juice brands. Homemade fruit juices taste a million times better. Our favorite base recipe for homemade fruit juices is from Eastern Europe – their famous kompots. Basically, with a kompot you cook the fruit-bring it to a boil, let it simmer and then take if off the heat and add delectable herbs/spices. Doing this at the end as it’s cooling down, just makes the juices so delicious. We also love the tropical flavors of Caribbean punches from hibiscus to ginger juices – you can’t go wrong.
