We love Cinnamon! We have over 5000 Cinnamon trees on our farm. Ceylon Cinnamon is known in the world of the spice markets as "True Cinnamon." Its scientific name is Cinnamonum Zeylanicum referring to where the plant originally came from - Sri Lanka, known in times past as Ceylon. Sri Lanka is our sister spice island located about 3000 miles away. It's from Ceylon Cinnamon that you'll find the true health benefits cinnamon is often touted for in many health and scientific studies: lowering blood sugar, anti-inflammatory effects, anti-oxidant, great for dental hygiene and more!
We're a small operation and in order to ensure product quality, we grow to order. We ship out of Madagascar once a month for our North American customers. We take orders between the FIRST AND 20TH OF THE MONTH and begin regular order fulfillment within 1-2 weeks with shipments beginning on the 25th OF THE MONTH!
